General Refund Policy — Digital Products (eBooks, Courses, Videos, Audios)
This refund policy applies to all digital products, including (but not limited to):
- UnF*ck Your Golf Swing
- UnF#ck Your Golf Brain
- UnF#ck Your Putting
- The Golf Lie
- And all other online courses, books, training programs, and downloadable content
No Refunds on Digital Purchases
Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are final.
We do not offer refunds for:
- Change of mind
- “Not what I expected”
- Purchasing the wrong format (e.g. digital vs physical)
- Perceived lack of results
- Login or user errors
- Claims of accidental purchase
If you're unsure, please read all product details carefully and make an informed decision. If you're still uncertain or skeptical about my methods, I encourage you not to purchase. No hard feelings — the golf world is big.
Note: This refund policy includes all bump and upsell purchases. Some people are purchasing the bumps and upsells and then claiming, “I didn't order this stuff”. Hint — they did. Or, they are being offered an amazing deal on a bump offer (like the audiobook) and then trying to say, “Hey, I didn't want the eBook, I only want the audiobook, can you refund me the difference?”. The answer?
No.
We don't offer refunds on these purchases.
Why No Refunds?
- The coaching works. Thousands of golfers around the world have used these products to play better. I stand by what I offer — it's real, and it helps.
- My best clients never ask for guarantees. They take action, stay curious, and are open to learning. That's the mindset that wins.
- Unfortunately, refunds attract the wrong crowd. After 20+ years online, I've seen a rise in fraudulent behaviour — people buying, downloading, then refunding for no good reason. That's not fair to anyone.
- This is a business, not a library. You wouldn't buy a steak, eat it, then ask for your money back. Same goes here.
So, at the risk of repeating myself, there are no refunds (very few exceptions).
Duplicate Orders
If your card was accidentally charged twice (for example, if the checkout button was clicked multiple times), we will gladly refund the duplicate transaction. Just email us with the details.
Please note: we reserve the right to charge an admin fee (USD$9.95) in cases of user error or chargeback disputes. This fee is subject to change if chargeback fees exceed this amount.
Physical Products — Refunds & Returns
This applies to products such as:
- Dot Putter
- Swing Trainer
- ChipMaster Pro
- Other training aids and golf accessories
Faulty or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please email us immediately. We will replace the item.
Note: Refunds do not include shipping fees. These are non-refundable.
Change of Mind / Performance-Based Refunds
We do not offer refunds if:
- You've opened or used the item
- You expected it to “fix” your golf game (poor performance can be for 1000s of reasons)
- You changed your mind
If you're unsure about a physical item:
- Do not open or use it
- Contact us immediately
- Return the product at your cost
- Once received in original condition, we'll issue a refund (minus shipping)
- Used or damaged returns may be subject to partial refunds
Final Note
Please don't purchase if you're not 100% sure. I've done everything I can to clearly explain each product and what you'll get. I want you to be excited and confident about joining my world — not hesitant or on the fence.
